Accreditation
To ensure smooth media coverage, all journalists, photographers, and videographers must register for media accreditation. Approved media representatives will have access to designated filming areas, interviews with key participants, and exclusive press materials.

- Submit your details, media affiliation, and coverage plans.
- Our team will review your request and confirm your accreditation via email.
- Approved media personnel will receive further instructions on pass collection and access.

Guidelines
To ensure safety and seamless event coverage, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Filming Zones: Media personnel must remain in designated areas and follow instructions from event marshals.
Pilot & Aircraft: Avoid approaching pilots during flight preparation to prevent disruptions.
Health & Safety: All media representatives must comply with safety regulations while capturing footage.
Interviews: Media interested in conducting interviews with organizers, pilots, or sponsors must submit a request in advance.
