MAAD 2026 visitors can book special travel packages in partnership with Imperial Central Tourism, including hotel, airport transfers, and transport to the event.
*All packages are quoted in USD per person in a shared double room, are net and non-commissionable, and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Package 1
Essential Stay
Ideal for: Guests who want a short, focused MAAD visit.
Duration: 3 nights / 4 days
Dates: Around 30 January to 2 February 2026
Includes:
- Return airport transfers (Dubai International Airport) with English-speaking driver
- 3 nights in a 4 or 5** hotel with daily buffet breakfast
- 2 days of return transfers between the hotel and MAAD 2026 with English-speaking driver
- Departure transfer to the airport

- 4* category, for example: Millennium Al Barsha, Tryp by Wyndham
- 5* category, for example: Elite Byblos, Media Rotana

Package 2
Explorer Stay
Ideal for: Guests who want a bit more time in Dubai before or after MAAD.
Duration: 4 nights / 5 days
Includes:
Return airport transfers with English-speaking driver
4 nights in a 4 or 5** hotel with daily buffet breakfast
2 days of return transfers between the hotel and MAAD 2026
1 full free day for leisure, with the option to add extra tours (at an additional cost), such as:
Dubai city tour
Afternoon desert safari with dinner
Hotels (or similar, subject to availability)

- 5* category, for example: Elite Byblos, Media Rotana

Prestige Experience
Ideal for: Guests who want a full Dubai experience around MAAD, with tours included.
Duration: 5 nights / 6 days

5 nights in a 5* hotel with daily buffet breakfast
2 days of return transfers between the hotel and MAAD 2026
Half-day Classic Dubai city tour with English-speaking guide (private)
Afternoon desert safari in 4×4 vehicles with:
Dune drive
Buffet dinner in a desert camp
Evening show (belly dance, tanoura, fire show)
1 free day for leisure with optional add-ons at extra cost, such as:

Imperial Central Tourism can arrange a UAE tourist visa for MAAD visitors.

January and February are peak season in Dubai, so early booking is strongly recommended.
